You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. This is not applicable for commissioned artwork. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Refunds will be made using the same method you used to make payment. You have to pay return shipping cost.
All items are packaged with bubble wrap into a strong cardboard box to ensure safe shipment we also provide a tracking number in order to monitor the delivery.
